Our rules are very simple and uncomplicated which means that anybody should easily be able to understand and adhere to them.

XXXChatters is a completely free service and as such our administrative staff (IRC Operators) are unpaid but highly trained volunteers who dedicate their own personal time to the smooth running and operation of this site for the enjoyment of others. They did not opt in for harrassment or flaming so please do not attack or harrass those who work hard to ensure that our chat service runs smoothly and without problems. You can find official staff members in our official help channel: #help 24 hours a day and 7 days a week including all major holidays worldwide.

Our IRC Operators (ircops) are here to help chatters with various issues or problems and some of the most common ones are listed below.

Reporting Abuse

Reporting underage users, namely users below the age of 18.
Reporting users wanting to chat about incest or sex with minors.
Reporting users who promote paid services such as webcam sites etc.
Reporting Spam, Phishing & Scams.
Reporting users who are abusive to others.
Reporting users who flood or try to deny others of service.
Reporting users posing as staff members etc.
Basically, if you think it might be abuse, please let us know.

Things We DO NOT Help With

We do not give sex or relationship advice as we are not doctors or councillors and are therefore not qualified to do so.
We do not intervene with politics or bans from individual chatrooms, chatrooms are operated by individuals and they may operate with any rules they like just as long as the rules fall within our own policy so please do not ask us to become involved.
We do not give out our users IP Addresses or personal information so please do not ask.

XXXChatters is an adult chat network intended for consenting adults. We welcome a wide variety of legal adult interests, lifestyles and consensual roleplay. The following rules exist to protect our users, comply with applicable laws and maintain a safe and respectful community.

• 1. Adults Only

  XXXChatters is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from using the network.



• 2. Protection of Minors

  Discussion, roleplay, fantasy or content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited.
  
  This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Claiming to be under the age of 18.
  • Engaging in or encouraging sexual conversations with minors.
  • Ageplay involving minors.
  • Sexualised references to children.
  • Assisting, encouraging or concealing underage users.
  Failure to report a known underage user may itself be treated as a serious violation.



• 3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  Any material depicting, describing or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
  
  This includes real, illustrated, animated, computer-generated and AI-generated images, videos, audio, stories, roleplay, prompts or links to such material.
  
  Attempts to circumvent or evade this rule through coded language, euphemisms or any other means will be treated as violations.
  
  There are no exceptions to this rule.



• 4. Incest

  Discussion, promotion or roleplay involving incest or sexual activity between family members is prohibited.
  
  This includes usernames, channel names and roleplay based upon family relationships.
  
  The use of BDSM honorifics or relationship titles such as Daddy, Mommy, Sir, Mistress, Master, Boy, Girl, Little or similar terms between consenting adults is permitted. These terms are recognised within BDSM culture and are not, by themselves, considered to imply incest or ageplay. However, any roleplay or discussion portraying actual family relationships or the involvement of minors remains prohibited.



• 5. BDSM, Fetish and Kink

  Consensual BDSM, fetish, kink and negotiated roleplay between consenting adults are permitted, including established BDSM dynamics and power-exchange relationships.
  
  Content that promotes or encourages genuine non-consensual abuse, coercion, exploitation or criminal sexual conduct is prohibited.
  
  Consent is fundamental. Users must respect the boundaries of others.



• 6. Animals and Bestiality

  Sexual content involving real animals, feral (non-humanoid) animals or the promotion of bestiality is prohibited.
  
  This applies equally to photographs, artwork, animation, computer-generated and AI-generated content.
  
  Anthropomorphic ("furry"), kemonomimi (such as fox ears, cat ears or tails), cosplay, fantasy creatures and similar fictional characters are permitted, provided they are clearly portrayed as fictional adult humanoid characters and do not promote or depict bestiality.
  
  Where there is doubt, staff decisions are final.



• 7. Illegal Drugs

  The promotion, sale or encouragement of illegal drug use or the misuse of prescription medication is prohibited.



• 8. Usernames and Channel Names

  Usernames, channel names and profile information must not promote or reference:
  • Minors in a sexual context.
  • Incest.
  • Bestiality.
  • Hate speech.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Impersonation of staff members.
  • AI-generated personas intended to impersonate another individual.
  • Any other content prohibited by these rules.



• 9. Commercial Services and Financial Transactions

  The promotion or sale of paid sexual services, escorting, prostitution, content subscription services or similar commercial sexual services is prohibited.
  
  Users are strongly discouraged from lending money, purchasing goods or services, or entering into financial arrangements with other users.
  
  XXXChatters cannot verify the identity or intentions of its users and accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from private transactions.



• 10. Fraud and Scams

  Users must not obtain or attempt to obtain money, gifts, cryptocurrency, accounts, subscriptions or any other financial benefit through deception, false promises, impersonation or other fraudulent means.
  
  This includes requesting loans or financial assistance with no intention of repayment ("ghosting"), romance scams, advance-fee scams and any other form of financial fraud.



• 11. Respect Others

  Harassment, stalking, hate speech, threats, intimidation and targeted abuse are not permitted.
  
  Respect other users' boundaries. "No" means "No."



• 12. Privacy

  Do not publish another user's personal information without their consent.
  
  Do not impersonate staff members or other users.



• 13. Multiple Connections

  Only one nick can be used per account or person at any one time. This is to avoid misleading other users.
  
  

• 14. Enforcement

  Violations of these rules may result in warnings, restrictions or permanent bans at the discretion of the IRC Operators. Traffic may be monitored for the purpose of enforcing these rules and protecting the network and its users.
  
  XXXChatters is a privately operated service. Access to the network is a privilege, not a right. Staff reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the network, its users or the service.

All of the above are violations of our terms of service and are enforceable with warnings or bans at the IRC Operator's discretion.

As this site is privately owned by an individual it should not be deemed as public which means we reserve the right to decide who can or cannot connect to this site and use the free services provided. As such we reserve the right to ban or disconnect any user at any time with or without reason with no appeal.
